- 🦐 4 cups dried shrimp
- 6 tbsp cooking oil
- 🧄 10 cloves garlic
- 2 green chili peppers
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
Seasonings
- 🧂 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp fine chili powder
- 2 tbsp plum syrup
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 4 tbsp cooking wine
- 🌾 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 A sprinkle of roasted sesame seeds
STEPS
Dry-fry the dried shrimp in a pan without oil, then sift to remove any powder.
Chop the chili peppers into small pieces, slice the garlic thinly, and finely chop the green onion.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add soy sauce, sugar, plum syrup, cooking wine, fish sauce, and green onion to the pan.
Add chili powder and the chopped chili peppers, then stir-fry briefly.
Add the dried shrimp and stir-fry until well coated with the sauce.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.
