INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 340g bean sprouts
- Some green onion, chopped
- 1 green chili, sliced
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- Some sesame seeds
- Some sesame oil
STEPS
Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly.
Drain the bean sprouts completely using a colander.
Slice the green onion and green chili thinly.
Heat a pan and drizzle some oil.
Add the bean sprouts and green onion to the pan.
Add minced garlic, sugar, and corn syrup (1 tbsp each).
Add chili powder (4 tbsp), soy sauce (3 tbsp), and fish sauce (1 tbsp).
Cook on high heat until sizzling sounds are heard, then mix quickly using two spatulas.
Cook for only 30 seconds until the bean sprouts soften slightly and the seasoning is evenly mixed.
Drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
