- 🥬 1/8 head cabbage
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can (70g) tuna
Seasonings
- 🌾 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- Chili threads, as needed
Sauces and Condiments
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🟤 1 tbsp miso
- 🌾 1 tbsp ground sesame
- 1 tsp gochujang
STEPS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and place in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool slightly and drain any excess water.
In the container, mix the ☆ seasonings and drained tuna from the can.
Add the cabbage to the mixture, mix well, and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Serve on a plate and top with sesame seeds and chili threads.
