INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 pack soft tofu
- 1 handful noodles
- 🥚 1 egg
- đź§… 1/2 onion
- 1 stalk green onion
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp chicken stock
- A pinch of black pepper
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Optional Ingredients
- 1 chili pepper
STEPS
Slice the onion into thin strips about 0.5cm thick.
Chop the green onion and chili pepper into small pieces.
Heat cooking oil in a pot and sauté onion, white part of green onion, and chili powder.
Add water to the pot and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add minced garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken stock to season.
Add noodles and gently loosen them as they cook.
Add soft tofu and break it into chunks using a spoon.
Crack an egg into the pot and let it cook partially.
Top with chopped green onion (green part), chili pepper, and a pinch of black pepper. Serve hot.
