- 🥚 10 boiled eggs
- 2 green chili peppers
Seasonings

- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- đź§‚ 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger wine
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- A pinch of black pepper
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- đź’§ 500 ml water
- A small amount of sesame oil
STEPS
Prepare boiled eggs by peeling their shells.
Mix all the seasonings together in a bowl.
Pour 500 ml of water into a pot and dissolve the seasoning mixture.
Bring the mixture to a boil and add the eggs. Skim off any foam that rises to the surface.
Add sliced green chili peppers for a spicy kick. Skip this step if you prefer a milder flavor.
Simmer until the sauce reduces to about 1/3 of its original volume.
Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and serve. Optionally, cut the eggs in half to enjoy with the sauce.
