- 🍖 250g pork shoulder
Vegetables

- 2 green chili peppers
Seasoning

- 1 tsp black pepper
Sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes

- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- a pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Mix gochujang, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, mirin, corn syrup, sesame oil, and a pinch of black pepper to prepare the sauce.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté half of the green onion stalk to create green onion-infused oil.
Add pork to the pan and season with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper.
Add chopped onion, remaining green onion, and sliced chili peppers to the pan.
