  • Seasoning

    • 3 tbsp soybean paste
    • 2 tbsp chili paste
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • A pinch of black pepper

Sprinkle black pepper and sauté pork belly slices until the fat renders.

Dice the potato and onion into small cubes.

Add diced potato to the pan and sauté until it starts to turn translucent.

Add diced onion, soybean paste, chili paste, and soy sauce. Mix well and bring to a boil.

Add chopped green onions and simmer for a few more minutes.
