    • 3 pieces pollock roe
    • 1/2 block tofu
    • 1 stalk green onion

    • 2 king oyster mushrooms
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp red pepper powder
    • 1-2 chili peppers
    • đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1/2 tbsp fermented shrimp
    • 500ml anchovy broth

Slice zucchini, onion, king oyster mushrooms, chili peppers, and pollock roe.

Pour 500ml anchovy broth into a pot.

Add 1/2 tbsp minced garlic to the pot.

Add 1 tbsp red pepper powder to the pot.

Once the broth starts boiling, add the pollock roe.
