    • 1 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
    • 300g spicy chili powder
    • 600ml soy sauce
    • 100ml plum syrup
    • 400ml rice syrup
    • 200ml rice wine
    • 200ml cooking wine
    • 100ml fish sauce
    • đź§‚ 1 tsp black pepper

Remove the stems from the tomatoes, make cross-shaped cuts, and blanch them in boiling water for 1 minute. Cool in cold water and peel the skins.

Peel and core the apples, then cut them into pieces. Chop the onions. Blend the apples, onions, ginger, garlic, and tomatoes in a blender.

Pour the blended mixture into a wok or pot. Add all the seasonings and cook over high heat, stirring occasionally.

Once it starts boiling, continue cooking for 7–8 minutes.

Let the sauce cool completely.

Transfer the sauce to sterilized containers and store in the refrigerator.
