INGREDIENTS

  • Vermicelli

    • 40g vermicelli
  • Meat

    • 150g ground pork
  • Vegetables

    • 1 pack enoki mushrooms
    • 1/2 pack bok choy
  • Seasonings

    • 1/2 tsp garlic paste
    • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
    • 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
    • Pinch of chili flakes
  • Sauce

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 200ml water
  • Thickener

    • 1 tbsp cornstarch
    • 1 tbsp water

Cut the bok choy into bite-sized pieces and trim the enoki mushrooms, cutting them in half and separating them.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add ground pork, garlic paste, and ginger paste, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.

Add doubanjiang and chili flakes, stir-fry, then add enoki mushrooms and bok choy. Cook until the enoki mushrooms soften.

Add the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, and water), cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

Add vermicelli and cook for about 3 minutes until softened. Stir in the cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.
