    • 2 servings somen noodles
    • 1 green chili

    • 1 tbsp gochujang

    • 2 tbsp vinegar

Chop the kimchi into small pieces and mix with all the seasonings.

Boil water and add the somen noodles. Cook for 4 minutes and 30 seconds.

Rinse the cooked noodles under cold water and gently rub to remove excess starch.
