INGREDIENTS

- 🥚 2 eggs
- đź§… 1/3 stalk green onion, chopped
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 0.5-1 tbsp gochujang
- đź§‚ 2 pinches salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch seaweed flakes
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Chop the green onion finely.
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped green onion until fragrant over high heat.
Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and scramble them over medium heat.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add gochujang and stir-fry over high heat, pressing the rice lightly against the pan.
Turn off the heat and drizzle sesame oil over the fried rice.
Sprinkle seaweed flakes on top and serve.
