INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 2 green chili peppers, chopped
- 🥕 20g carrot, chopped

- 🍚 200g cooked rice

Condiments
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp doubanjiang
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
STEPS
Chop the green chili peppers finely.
Chop the carrot finely.
Prepare the cooked rice.
Mix the chopped chili peppers and carrots into the rice.
Add sesame oil and doubanjiang to the rice mixture and mix well.
Cut the seaweed sheet in half.
Place the rice mixture on the seaweed sheet and roll it into a gimbap.
