INGREDIENTS

    • 1 frozen udon noodle pack
    • 50g clams (pre-purged)
    • 75g silken tofu (1/4 block)
    • 1/4 bunch chives, chopped
    • đź§„ 1/2 clove garlic, sliced
  • Seasonings

    • 300cc water
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp gochujang
    • 1/2 tbsp miso
    • 1/2 tsp chili powder

Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces. Chop chives into 4cm lengths. Remove garlic core and slice thinly.

In a pot, combine water, sake, gochujang, miso, and garlic. Stir to dissolve miso and gochujang, then bring to a boil over medium heat.

Add tofu, clams, and chives to the pot. Simmer on low heat until clams open their shells.

Microwave frozen udon noodles according to package instructions. Serve noodles in a bowl and pour the soup mixture over them.
