STEPS
Cut the tofu into appropriate sizes and pat dry with kitchen towels.
Mix soy sauce, chili paste, minced garlic, and sesame oil to prepare the seasoning sauce.
Heat a pan over medium heat, place the tofu, and cook until one side turns golden brown. Flip and cook the other side as well.
Spread the seasoning sauce evenly over the tofu, and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.
