INGREDIENTS
Essential Ingredients
- 2 handfuls glass noodles
- 1 handful bean sprouts

- 🥕 1/3 carrot, sliced
- 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
- 1 chili pepper, sliced
- A dash of sesame oil
- A dash of sesame seeds
- A dash of cooking oil
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic

STEPS
Slice the onion, carrot, green onion, and chili pepper. Prepare the bean sprouts.
In a pan, heat cooking oil and add the seasoning ingredients along with soaked glass noodles. Bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add the onion, carrot, and bean sprouts. Stir-fry until softened, then add green onion and chili pepper. Finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
