    • 1.5 tbsp chili powder
    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
    • 1/2 tbsp minced garlic

Slice the onion, carrot, green onion, and chili pepper. Prepare the bean sprouts.
