- 1 piece chikuwa
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 1 tsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp concentrated mentsuyu
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- đź§„ 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- đź’§ 2 tbsp water
STEPS

Rehydrate the dried wakame in water. Boil water in a pot, add bean sprouts and wakame, blanch briefly, and drain well.

Cut the chikuwa in half lengthwise, then slice diagonally into 5mm pieces.

Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Add the bean sprouts, wakame, and chikuwa, then toss to combine.
