INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 🍜 1 serving of somyeon noodles
Vegetables
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, peeled and sliced
- 🥬 1 leaf of napa cabbage, sliced
- 🥬 1 leaf of lettuce, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp plum syrup
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
- A pinch of pepper
STEPS
Peel and slice the avocado into half-moon shapes.
Slice the napa cabbage and lettuce into thin strips.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Boil somyeon noodles in water, adding a cup of cold water twice as it boils over. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Combine the noodles with the seasoning, mixing well to coat evenly.
Plate the bibim noodles and top with sliced avocado.
