- 🍄 1.5 king oyster mushrooms

- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 🍝 90g spaghetti
Gochujang Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2/3 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ketchup
STEPS
Cook the spaghetti until 2/3 done, drain, and coat with 1 tbsp olive oil to prevent sticking.
Mix gochujang, oyster sauce, corn syrup, cooking wine, sesame oil, and ketchup to prepare the sauce.
Slice king oyster mushrooms, onion, and green onion into bite-sized pieces.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan over high heat and stir-fry mushrooms and onion until softened.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat.
Pour the prepared gochujang sauce into the pan and mix thoroughly.
Add green onion and stir briefly to finish.
Serve on a plate and optionally sprinkle cheese or coconut powder on top.
