INGREDIENTS

- 300g purslane
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- đź§‚ 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Wash the purslane thoroughly and prepare 300g. Clean the cucumber and slice it into half-moon shapes.
In a large bowl, mix gochujang, chili powder, sugar, minced garlic, plum extract, vinegar, and salt to create the seasoning.
Add the purslane and cucumber to the bowl and gently toss them with the seasoning.
Add sesame oil and sesame seeds, then toss again to finish the dish.
Plate the salad beautifully and serve.
