INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 7 frozen dumplings
- 5 rice cakes
- 🌰 1.5 cups cashew nuts
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
- 🥦 A small amount of broccoli
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- đź§‚ 1 pinch of salt
- 🍯 1/2 tbsp honey
- A small amount of green chili
STEPS
Prepare all the ingredients.
Lightly crush or chop the cashew nuts to retain texture.
Heat oil in a pan and add the frozen dumplings.
Add 1 cup of water to the pan and cover with a lid to steam-fry the dumplings.
Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, ketchup, minced garlic, chili powder, honey, salt, and green chili in a bowl.
Remove the steamed dumplings from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, stir-fry the rice cakes, carrots, and broccoli until tender.
Combine the stir-fried vegetables and rice cakes with the dumplings on a plate.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and add 1 cup of water. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
Add the dumplings, vegetables, and rice cakes to the simmering sauce and mix well.
Sprinkle the crushed cashew nuts generously over the dish.
