INGREDIENTS

- 300g bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- đź§„ 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
STEPS
Remove the heads of the bean sprouts and wash them thoroughly.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Place the bean sprouts evenly in a coated pan or pot.
Spread the mixed seasoning evenly over the bean sprouts.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes.
Open the lid and stir gently on low heat to mix the seasoning thoroughly.
Cook until the bean sprouts are fully cooked but still crunchy.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving. Optionally, mix in sesame oil for added flavor.
