INGREDIENTS
Wrap
- 2 sheets gimbap seaweed
Filling
- 1/2 can tuna
- 150g chopped kimchi
- 🍚 1.5 cups cooked rice
- đź§€ 50g mozzarella cheese
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp chili powder
STEPS
Remove excess liquid from kimchi and chop finely.
Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry chopped kimchi with chili powder and sugar over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add drained tuna to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Add cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry until rice grains separate. Season with soy sauce.
Melt mozzarella cheese in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until fully melted.
Spread stir-fried rice over 2/3 of the seaweed sheet.
Place melted mozzarella cheese on top of the rice and roll the gimbap tightly.
Slice the gimbap into desired shapes and serve.
