    • 1 ½ cups diced plums

Combine oats and boiling water in a medium bowl. Let sit for 20 minutes.

Mix brown sugar, softened butter, white sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl. Add the oatmeal mixture and mix until combined.
