INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes, julienned
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
- đź§… 1/2 onion, julienned
- 1/2 mini bell pepper, julienned
Protein
- 2/3 can of spam, diced
Seasoning
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt
- A dash of pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
STEPS
Julienne the potatoes, carrots, onions, and bell peppers.
Soak julienned potatoes in water for 5 minutes to remove starch.
Blanch the potatoes in boiling water with a pinch of salt for 40 seconds, then rinse under cold water.
Dice the spam into bite-sized pieces.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add potatoes, onions, and carrots to the pan and stir-fry until they become tender and translucent.
Add spam and bell peppers to the pan and continue stir-frying.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Finish with sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Serve the stir-fry in a dish and enjoy.
