    • 1 tbsp soybean paste
    • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
    • A pinch of ground pepper
  • Green Onion Seasoning

    • Chili powder, to taste
    • A small amount of sesame oil
    • A small amount of sugar
    • Sesame seeds, to taste
    • Soy sauce, to taste

STEPS

Prepare 340g pork neck slices and tenderize them using the back of a knife.

Mix soybean paste, soy sauce, minced garlic, corn syrup, cooking wine, sesame oil, and ground pepper to create the marinade. Rub the marinade onto the pork and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Heat a pan with a small amount of oil, wipe it with a paper towel, and grill the marinated pork over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Slice into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the green onion seasoning by mixing chopped green onions with chili powder, sesame oil, sugar, sesame seeds, and soy sauce. Toss gently.
