Wash the garlic scapes thoroughly and cut them into bite-sized pieces.

Heat a pan over medium heat, add 1 tbsp of cooking oil, and lightly stir-fry the garlic scapes. Add 4-5 tbsp soy sauce and 2-3 tbsp oligosaccharide, then stir-fry until the sauce reduces and coats the scapes.

Turn off the heat, add 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp sesame seeds, and mix gently to finish.
