INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 400g cooked rice
Seaweed
- 4 sheets crushed seaweed
Spam
- 1 can Spam
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 2 tbsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Prepare the Spam by removing it from the can, cook the rice, and crush the seaweed in a plastic bag.
Mix the cooked rice with soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Adjust seasoning to taste, keeping it slightly bland as Spam and seaweed will add flavor.
Dice the Spam into chunks and pan-fry until golden. Optionally, leave some larger pieces for dipping in ketchup.
Combine the fried Spam with the seasoned rice and mix thoroughly.
