INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 15 rice cakes
- A small amount of shiitake mushrooms
- A small amount of cabbage
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
- Some green onion
- 1 handful of soaked glass noodles
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- Some sesame seeds
Soy Sauce Seasoning
- 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
- A small amount of black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
STEPS
Soak glass noodles in cold water for 1 hour. Soak dried shiitake mushrooms until soft. Cut rice cakes into finger-length pieces and quarter them.
Mix soy sauce seasoning ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry carrots and shiitake mushrooms lightly.
Add rice cakes and cabbage to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Pour the prepared soy sauce seasoning into the pan and bring to a boil.
Add soaked glass noodles and simmer on low heat until noodles are cooked and rice cakes absorb the seasoning.
