- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of pepper

STEPS
Prepare 600g of pork for bulgogi.
Mix 6 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp cooking wine, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp sesame oil, a pinch of pepper, and 1 tbsp minced garlic in a bowl.
Add chopped green onion, sliced onion, and sliced carrot to the marinade and mix well.
Marinate the pork and vegetables in the mixture for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated pork and vegetables until the pork is fully cooked.
Add chopped green onion and sesame seeds, stir-fry briefly, and serve.
