INGREDIENTS

- 🐖 1kg pork shoulder for bulgogi
Seasoning
- 🧂 8 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 6 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1 green onion, chopped
- 🧄 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 🥬 lettuce, as needed
STEPS
