INGREDIENTS

- 600g pork shoulder or pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥕 1 carrot, sliced
- 🥒 1 zucchini, sliced
- 🍄 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

- đź§… 2 green onions, chopped
Seasonings
- 10 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp black pepper
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Prepare 600g pork shoulder or pork belly, sliced for bulgogi.
Mix soy sauce, corn syrup, sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper to create the marinade.
Massage the marinade into the pork and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Heat a wide pan and stir-fry the marinated pork until partially cooked.
Cut the partially cooked pork into bite-sized pieces.
Add sliced zucchini, carrot, and mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry with the pork.
Turn off the heat and add sliced onion and green onion, letting the residual heat cook them slightly.
