INGREDIENTS
Eggs
- 🥚 9 eggs
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp salt
Seasoning
- 1.5 cups soy sauce
- 🍬 1.5 cups sugar
- đź’§ 1.5 cups water
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- đź§… 1 onion, chopped
- Chopped green onions, as needed
- 🌰 Sesame seeds, a small amount
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Boil water with 1 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp salt.
Stir the eggs in one direction to center the yolks.
Cool the eggs in cold water and peel them.
Slice the eggs in half to reveal the soft-boiled yolk.
Chop 1 onion into desired sizes.
Mix 1.5 cups soy sauce, 1.5 cups sugar, and 1.5 cups water.
Add 1 tbsp minced garlic to the mixture.
Add chopped green onions to the mixture.
Add 1 tbsp sesame oil and a small amount of sesame seeds.
Add the chopped onion to the marinade and stir well.
Transfer the marinade to a container and add the eggs.
