INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 5 eggs
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- đź§… 1 stalk green onion
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- đź’§ 4 tbsp water
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
STEPS
Chop 1 stalk of green onion into small pieces.
Heat a pan with a generous amount of cooking oil and sauté the green onion until fragrant.
Crack 5 eggs into the pan and cook on medium heat until the bottom turns white.
In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice wine, 4 tbsp water, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp minced garlic.
Pour the sauce mixture into the pan with the eggs and cover with a lid.
Serve the eggs and sauce over warm rice.
Drizzle 1 tbsp sesame oil and sprinkle 1 tsp sesame seeds on top.
