Peel and dice the potatoes, then soak them in cold water for a while.

Slice the onion and chili pepper into bite-sized pieces. Use chili peppers based on your spice preference.

Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, sugar, chopped green onion, minced garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and black pepper.

Heat oil in a pot, add the potatoes, and stir-fry until their surface becomes translucent.

Add 1 cup of water and the sauce to the pot. Cover and cook on medium heat until the potatoes are tender.
