INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 3 handfuls potatoes
- đź§… 1 handful onion
- đź§… A small amount of chopped green onion
Protein
- 3 handfuls ham
- 2 handfuls konjac
Seasoning
- 2 parts soy sauce
- 1 part corn syrup
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
STEPS
Peel and wash the potatoes thoroughly.
Cut the potatoes into desired shapes and sizes, then place them in a pot.
Mix soy sauce and water in a 2:1 ratio, pour over the potatoes, and add a swirl of vegetable oil.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then add the ham.
Prepare the konjac by cutting it into suitable pieces and scoring the center. Insert the scored pieces into themselves for decorative shapes, then add to the pot.
Add the onion and chopped green onion, then drizzle corn syrup over the mixture.
Simmer until the potatoes are tender and the sauce has thickened. Serve warm.
