- 🐟 1 cleaned flounder
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic
- 🧄 1 stalk green onion
Seasoning
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp rice wine
STEPS
Clean the flounder thoroughly and make shallow cuts on its body.
Prepare the marinade by mixing soy sauce, water, honey, and rice wine.
Layer sliced onion and green onion at the bottom of a pot.
Place the flounder on top of the vegetables and pour the marinade evenly over it.
Add garlic cloves and simmer on low heat until the fish is cooked through.
Occasionally spoon the marinade over the fish while cooking.
