INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 🍜 120g somyeon (thin wheat noodles)

- đź’§ 250ml cold water
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Soy Sauce Seasoning
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp minced chili
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Boil the egg for 4 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes to achieve a soft-boiled texture.
Prepare 2L of boiling water for the noodles and set aside 250ml of cold water for later use.
Mince one chili for the seasoning.
Mix all seasoning ingredients to create a flavorful soy sauce dressing.
Cook the noodles according to package instructions, adding cold water three times during boiling to enhance texture.
