    • 🍖 500g pork shoulder
  • Vegetables

    • 🥕 Some carrot, chopped
    • đź§… Some green onion, chopped
    • Some chili pepper, chopped
  • Seasonings

    • đź§‚ 2 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1 tbsp gochujang

STEPS

Chop onion, carrot, green onion, and chili pepper into bite-sized pieces.

Heat a wide pan and add 500g pork shoulder. Sprinkle 2 tbsp sugar and stir-fry.

Add 1 tbsp mirin and continue stir-frying until the pork is partially cooked.

Add chopped carrot and onion to the pan and stir-fry until the onion softens slightly.

Mix minced garlic, soy sauce, and oyster sauce into a sauce and add it to the pan. Stir-fry until the pork is fully cooked.

Transfer half of the pork to another pan and add chopped green onion to finish the soy sauce pork stir-fry.

To make the gochujang pork stir-fry, add 1 tbsp gochujang to the remaining pork and stir-fry.

Add chopped chili pepper and green onion to the pan and stir-fry briefly to finish.
