    • 2 sheets fish cake
    • 🥚 2 boiled eggs
  • Seasoning

    • đź§… 1/4 onion
    • 1/4 stalk green onion
    • 1 cup water
    • 3 tbsp gochujang
    • 1 tbsp grape seed oil
    • đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • đź§‚ 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp corn syrup
    • 1 tbsp red pepper powder
    • 1 tbsp MSG
    • A pinch of black pepper

STEPS

Prepare the rice cakes and fish cakes. Slice the fish cakes into bite-sized pieces and roughly chop the onion.

Heat a pan and add grape seed oil. Stir-fry the gochujang until fragrant.

Add the rice cakes and onion to the pan and stir-fry together with the gochujang.

Pour 1 cup of water into the pan and add minced garlic, sugar, corn syrup, red pepper powder, black pepper, and MSG. Mix well.

Once the mixture starts boiling, add the fish cakes, boiled eggs, and green onion. Reduce to medium-low heat and simmer.
