    • 🍜 100g somen noodles
  • Canned Goods

    • 🐟 1 can (70g) tuna in oil
  • Vegetables

    • 🥬 30g frozen spinach
    • 🧄 2 cloves garlic

    • Pinch of chili flakes

    • 1.5 tbsp olive oil

    • 100ml reserved cooking water

Slice the garlic thinly and remove the core.

Boil water in a pan, cook somen noodles and frozen spinach for a shorter time than indicated on the package. Reserve 100ml of the cooking water and drain the rest.

Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili flakes in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the reserved cooking water and salt, stirring until emulsified. Increase to medium heat and stir-fry the noodles, spinach, and tuna until well combined.
