INGREDIENTS

  • Main Ingredients

    • 1 block soft tofu
    • 🥚 1 egg yolk
    • 1/3 cup pork
    • 1 handful katsuobushi
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 3 tbsp rice wine
    • đź’§ 2 tbsp water

STEPS

Place cooked white rice in a bowl.

Sprinkle katsuobushi generously over the rice.

Add the soft tofu on top of the rice.

Prepare pork marinade: mix soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, and water. Simmer pork in the marinade until it reduces and thickens.

Place the marinated pork on top of the tofu.

Add a raw egg yolk on top.

Garnish with chopped green onions.

Optional: drizzle sesame oil and mix everything together before eating.
