    • 1 handful dried anchovies
    • 1 piece kombu

  • Seasonings

    • 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
    • đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic

Pour 800ml water into a pot and add dried anchovies and kombu. Boil for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, crack 3 eggs, slice green onion thinly, and add 2 pinches of salt. Whisk together.

Strain the broth to remove anchovies and kombu.

Add soft tofu to the pot and bring to a boil.

Pour the prepared egg mixture into the boiling soup in a circular motion.

Add minced garlic and fish sauce to the soup.

Skim off any foam and let the soup simmer briefly.
