    • 🍗 1 piece (250g) skinless chicken breast
    • 🥬 3 leaves lettuce
    • 1 pack kaiware sprouts
    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt
    • 1 tbsp sake
  • Sesame Sauce

    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
    • đź§‚ 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 3 tbsp white sesame paste

Cut lettuce into 1cm strips. Trim the roots of kaiware sprouts and cut them in half.

Cut chicken breast in half, rub with salt, and let sit for 10 minutes. Place in a microwave-safe container, add sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Once cooled, slice into 1cm strips.

Mix all sesame sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

Arrange lettuce and kaiware sprouts on a plate, place chicken slices on top, and drizzle with sesame sauce.
