INGREDIENTS
Vegetables

Noodles
- 🍜 100g somen noodles
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp doenjang
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp beef stock powder
- đź’§ 500ml water
STEPS
Chop the green onion into small pieces.
Prepare the somen noodles.
Beat the eggs in a bowl until smooth.
In a pot, combine gochujang, doenjang, minced garlic, beef stock powder, and water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
Once the broth is boiling, add the somen noodles and cook for about 4 minutes.
Add the beaten eggs and chopped green onion to the pot. Stir gently and cook until the eggs are set.
