    • 2 shots soju or cooking wine
    • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp cooking oil
    • đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
    • 1/2 tbsp chili powder
    • đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp oligo syrup
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds

STEPS

Cut the squid strips into shorter pieces and mix them with 2 shots of soju or cooking wine. Let it sit.

Prepare the seasoning by mixing gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, oligo syrup, and sugar in a bowl.

Mix the squid strips with 1 tbsp of mayonnaise.

Heat a pan over medium heat and sauté 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic in 2 tbsp of cooking oil until fragrant.

Add the prepared seasoning to the pan and stir well.

Add 1 tbsp of mayonnaise to the pan and mix it into the seasoning.

Once the mixture starts bubbling, add the squid strips and stir quickly.

Turn off the heat and mix in sesame oil and sesame seeds.
