- 🐖 2 pieces of whole pork tonkatsu
- 🍜 200 g of soba noodles
- 🌿 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 🍭 1 tsp of sugar
- 🍋 1 tbsp of vinegar
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
STEPS
Boil the soba noodles in hot water for 5 minutes, then rinse them with cold water and drain the excess water.
