- 🌱 10 snap peas
- 1 tsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- đź§„ A pinch of grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Soak dried wakame in a bowl of water until rehydrated, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
Trim the strings from the snap peas. Boil them in salted water for about 1 minute, then drain and cool. Slice diagonally into halves.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, sesame seeds, garlic, sesame oil) in a bowl. Add the snap peas and wakame, then toss lightly to combine.
