INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 200g smoked duck
- 🥔 1 medium potato, julienned
- 1/2 cup chopped chives
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar

STEPS
Mix gochujang, sugar, and minced garlic in a small bowl to prepare the sauce.
Julienne the potato and set aside.
Defrost the smoked duck in the microwave.
In a pan, stir-fry the julienned potato until slightly softened.
Add the defrosted smoked duck to the pan with the potatoes.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir to coat the duck and potatoes evenly.
Continue stir-frying until the sauce is fully absorbed and the ingredients are cooked through.
Add chopped chives and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
